The Richemont gastronomy operation, led by Jonas Seifert, employs around 20 staff members in part-time and full-time positions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our restaurant have an international focus. We welcome guests from all over the world every day. Not only are we in the same building as the Richemont Craft School \u2013 we are actually part of it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Richemont Craft School is the national training centre for bakers, confectioners and pastry chefs, as well as an international centre of excellence. The “craft school”, as it is usually called, is part of the Swiss Bakery Confectionery Association and \u00abbelongs\u00bb to its members: commercial bakeries, pastry shops and confectioneries from all over Switzerland. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
As an international centre of excellence, the Richemont Craft School operates (almost) all over the world: from neighbouring countries to Russia, Dubai and Singapore to New Zealand. We support and advise companies and educational institutions, thus sustainably promoting the \u00abbakery trade\u00bb around the globe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
