Capacities released by the customer can be resold. Provisional reservations are possible, but must definitely be decided upon request. Essentially, Richemont Gastronomie confirms the room category, but no specific room. Special requests are gladly received and considered if possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-packages\">Packages<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Seminar packages are only valid for a minimum of 5 persons. If the number of persons is lower, we<br>charge the individual services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-number-of-participants\">Number of Participants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The number of participants registered up to 2 working days (48 h) before the event is the basis for the billing. We guarantee a goodwill of +\/- 5 %. However, if fewer persons than registered participate, the expenses for the last valid number of participants will be charged. If the number of participants is higher than the definite number of persons, the actual number will be charged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cancellation-policy\">Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cancellation of seminar and\/or banquet reservations must be communicated in writing to the Richemont Gastronomy and Hotel by the organizer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the reservation is cancelled in full, we charge the following fees:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>up to 60 days before the event: no cancellation fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>59 to 21 days before the event: 25 % of the reserved services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 to 15 days before the event: 50 % of the reserved services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>14 to 4 days before the event: 75 % of the reserved services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 to 0 days before the event: 100 % of the reserved services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-billing\">Billing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Richemont Gastronomy reserves the right to demand advance payments. Unless otherwise agreed, we will provide you with a total invoice for all agreed services after your stay and thank you for your<br>payment within 30 days net.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-voucher\">Voucher<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vouchers are generally valid for two years from the end of the calendar year in which the voucher was issued. After expiry of the validity period, the voucher can still be redeemed for the amount originally shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no entitlement to a refund, cash payment or interest on the value of the voucher. Unused credit remains on the voucher and can be redeemed for future purchases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No compensation can be paid in the event of loss, theft or other misplacement. The customer is obliged to keep vouchers and in particular voucher codes safe. If the voucher is redeemed by a third party, the use is deemed to have been authorized by the original voucher owner. Liability for misuse of vouchers is excluded. Vouchers can only be returned after the contract has been concluded in exceptional cases, for example in the event of a cancellation if the voucher was purchased online and has not yet been redeemed.
