You can use your Richemont Customer Card and pay without cash in our restaurant. With the reloadable prepaid card you have access to attractive special conditions and receive the latest news from the Richemont restaurant.
When buying credits your benefits are the following:
- CHF 10.00 with the first reload
- From CHF 100: 3% (= CHF 103.00) credit
- From CHF 200: 6% (= CHF 106.00) credit

Where can you get the customer card?
The free membership card is available at Richemont restaurant and can be used for all gastronomy (restaurant) services (excluding hotel and vouchers). You will receive the customer card by mail 3-5 working days after ordering. It is a personal card and the included services and discounts are not transferable to third parties.
How do you use the customer card?
Just present your customer card when you want to pay. The amount to be paid is automatically deducted from the balance. Your current balance is shown on the cash receipt.
How do you recharge your customer card?
The restaurant staff will gladly help you to recharge the card easily. Minimum charge value on the card is CHF 50.00. Cash payout is not possible.
