Richemont Restaurant – Slightly Different

Richemont Gastronomy, headed by Jonas Seifert and his representative Patricia Sieber, employs a total of 24 staff (part-time and full-time).

Our restaurant have an international focus. We welcome guests from all over the world every day. Not only are we in the same building as the Richemont Craft School – we are actually part of it.

Richemont Craft School is the national training centre for bakers, confectioners and pastry chefs, as well as an international centre of excellence. The “craft school”, as it is usually called, is part of the Swiss Bakery Confectionery Association and «belongs» to its members: commercial bakeries, pastry shops and confectioneries from all over Switzerland.

As an international centre of excellence, the Richemont Craft School operates (almost) all over the world: from neighbouring countries to Russia, Dubai and Singapore to New Zealand. We support and advise companies and educational institutions, thus sustainably promoting the «bakery trade» around the globe.

Heute waren wir wieder mal zum Brunch. Immer wieder eine riesen Auswahl. Als ehemalige Bäcker/ Konditorin sind die Veränderungen spannend.
Auch wenn es viele Leute hat wir haben keine Hektik gespürt. Vom Service wird Privatsphäre respektiert.
Heute habe ich das erste mal auch ein laktosefreies Joghurt entdeckt.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Wir waren heute zum Brunch bei Ihnen.
Es war lecker und die Auswahl vielfältig vor allem beim Brot und Einlagen für Müesli.
Die Aufschnittplatte lies zu wünschen übrig.
Hätte mir mehr geschnittenes Fleisch erhoft.
Zum Lachs keine geschnittene Zwiebelringe und kein Rättich gefunden.
Schade.
Es war gut,sber ich hatte mir mehr Abwechslung beim Fleisch gewünscht das war schon ein wenig mager das Angebot für den Preis.

Sensationelles Frühstück (alles auflisten würde wohl Tage dauern) teuer aber es lohnt sich zu 100%. Nette aufmerksame und schnelle Bedienung, schöne grosse Terrasse mit Blick auf den See. Reservation (online) empfehlenswert.

Brunch/Bäckerzmorge war ausgesprochen Gut! Alles frische Produkte, selbstgemacht von der Bäckerschule. Kleine Probierportionen, sodass von allem etwas genommen werden konnte. War sicher nicht mein letztes Mal im Richemont!

Ich durfte am Sonntag einen wunderschönen Geburtstags-Brunch im Richemont erleben. Wir hatten einen liebevoll geschmückten Tisch mit einer tollen Geburtstagskarte. Vielen Dank.
Das Buffett war wunderbar reichhaltig und das Brot und Gebäck einfach nur herrlich – Frisch, knusprig und sehr fein. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und humorvoll. Wir haben uns mit unseren jungen und älteren Gästen sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Great value for money! Nice location on the lake with beautiful walking path all on the lake to Lucerne downtown and close to the Swiss Museum of Transport. Very nice staff, simple but clean rooms. Highly recommend!

Sehr zu empfehlen. Freundliches Personal, inkl. Chef. Haben am Wochenende zwei Zimmer gebucht inkl. Brunch. Hat alles gepasst!
