Richemont Gastronomy, headed by Jonas Seifert and his representative Patricia Sieber, employs a total of 24 staff (part-time and full-time).
Our restaurant have an international focus. We welcome guests from all over the world every day. Not only are we in the same building as the Richemont Craft School – we are actually part of it.
Richemont Craft School is the national training centre for bakers, confectioners and pastry chefs, as well as an international centre of excellence. The “craft school”, as it is usually called, is part of the Swiss Bakery Confectionery Association and «belongs» to its members: commercial bakeries, pastry shops and confectioneries from all over Switzerland.
As an international centre of excellence, the Richemont Craft School operates (almost) all over the world: from neighbouring countries to Russia, Dubai and Singapore to New Zealand. We support and advise companies and educational institutions, thus sustainably promoting the «bakery trade» around the globe.
