Look forward to a rich bread buffet, fruity-light muesli, a large selection of egg dishes, freshly sliced meats and cheeses, smoked salmon with buttered toast, seasonal fruits, and much more – of course, all homemade and à discrétion. The fine baker’s breakfast is rounded off with freshly baked pancakes and waffles.

Fine food from the bread buffet
Enjoy our breakfast buffet from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.: small bread buffet with homemade jams, cheese, butter, fruit jus and coffee or tea for CHF 19.50.
Taste guarantee
2/3 of our bread range has a dough rest of at least 12 hours or is made with sourdough so that the taste can develop optimally. Pay attention to the appropriate label.
